The newspaper article that Sam reads about the search for Violet Aider continuing is actually an article about the LAX Airport if you read the smaller print.

Alternate Title: One Little Heart
This episode had a similar plot and story line to the movie The Bad Seed (1956). In which there is a seemingly perfect and innocent little girl accused of murdering another child over a trinket. Coincidentally, this episode's leap date, August 8, 1955 is also the month in which Patty McCormack, the star of The Bad Seed, was born. Filming for The Bad Seed also began less than two months from the leap date of this episode in the year of 1955.
