A white t-shirt with eggs and a chicken often worn by Roseanne and Jackie in earlier episodes can be seen in each subsequent scene worn by a different cast member. It is first spotted in the beginning as Roseanne cleans Darlene's room wearing the shirt. In the next scene, Jackie (Laurie Metcalf) walks in the living room wearing it. Darlene (Sara Gilbert) enters the kitchen in the next scene in the same shirt. Afterwards, D.J. (Michael Fishman) sits with Dan (John Goodman) at the kitchen table. As the credits roll, Dan can be seen sitting on the couch next to Roseanne wearing the now infamous Chicken Shirt. It would appear to be the same shirt, as its looks like a fitting shirt on Roseanne, large on Jackie and Darlene, enormous on D.J., and a little snug on Dan.
Every member of the Connor family wears the same white shirt with chickens on it in different scenes.

The first showing of the Chicken Shirt is in Season 2.
