Musical group Three Dog Night are the special guest stars along with Mike Mazurki, Jack Soo, Agnes Moorehead, Perry Como, and the return of Vincent Price, Sheldon Leonard, and the "Adam-12" team of Kent McCord and Martin Milner in their uniforms. Previously, during the first season of this show, many musical guests appeared in music videos filmed exclusively for this program. Here, Three Dog Night actually appear on the Burbank stage and perform, or mime to their recording of, "Joy to the World" as part of the Cocktail Party sequence in which it stops at certain intervals so the cast members can do their usual one-liner comments. Oh, and Barbi Benton is once again prominent among the dancers there. Since this was broadcast near the Thanksgiving holidays, the girls sing the "Laugh-In News" theme in pilgrim costumes. And the Mod World takes a look at villains. I'll just say this was a very funny "Laugh-In" ep with all those guests I just mentioned.
