I enjoyed seeing this episode for the first time since I was a kid. I've always enjoyed "Rugrats", and this episode-even if it's not one of the very best of the best of "Rugrats"-is still enjoyable, and fun! It maintains the adventurous feel the show tended to have, when I was young.
This is a more scary episode (for kids), and it has a wonderful, spookier atmosphere to it. The kids are all telling a scary story around a bulb-based campfire ("Are You Afraid Of The Dark?" references, I guess you could say). The episode, overall, is fun and silly, which kids will eat-up, and adults who may or may not have grown-up on "Rugrats" will still be able to enjoy this for what it is.
The music is great, as per usual for "Rugrats".
The animation style is nice, homey, and smooth.
I really enjoyed this episode, even if I didn't absolutely gush over it.
Try it out, if you get a chance to see it (ESPECIALLY if you happen to be a big fan of "Rugrats"!).
