Well, I figured I would be the first to write a review for this episode since nobody else has bothered to yet. In my rewatch of Samurai Jack, I was skipping over the episodes that had below "decent" scores or whatnot. And this was one of them.
Strangely, instead of the way superior 300 parody closing Season 2, we get this one as the finale?
The plot is pretty simple. Jack's shoes break, which causes him to not be able to fight properly without them. He has to find new ones. That's literally it.
It's such a boring nothing episode, and the whole crux for the idea isn't that interesting nor is the plot. There's a segment at the end where he meets some modern Asians who still wear traditional garments and practice old customs. Which is pretty cool in a lore sense, but asides from that this was a meh episode. Not the worst, but it's bland filler.
