"This Land is Whose Land?" finds Fred and Julio in complete disagreement about the exact line where each other's property begins. Fred becomes so adamant about the exact distance that he brings in a surveyor to mark the property line. Imagine his shock to discover that the surveyor is a Puerto Rican fellow named Manuel Eduardo Esteban Rodrigues Gonzalez: "oh hell, I'm dead!" Once he completes his work, Fred is in for an even bigger surprise, a property line that barely allows room to park the Sanford and Son truck! Now Julio's in the better bargaining position, Lamont all smiles to see his father served crow for brunch: "we'll have truth on our side" "I'd rather have the yard!"
