When George is lying on the floor, the newspaper he was holding is lying on his right. In the next cut, where George is shown from Jerry's point of view, the newspaper is on his left and neatly folded. In the next cut, the newspaper is again on George's right.
When George is being interviewed about his benefits the camera's point of view alternates between the welfare officer's side of the desk and George's. From her side there are four yellow pencils in the desk tidy. From George's side we see only three: she is using the fourth one.
When Kramer (Michael Richards) comes into Jerry's (Jerry Seinfeld) apartment, he swings the door to shut it and it can be heard to close off-screen, yet when we cut back to the door it is still wide-open.
In the locker room, Kramer's locker is open with a towel hanging over the door. He takes out his jacket, grabs the towel and closes the locker. When Kramer then says he snuck a peek, the locker is again open with the towel over the door but in the next three shot, it is closed again and the towel is gone. Right before Kramer leaves, he closes the locker door a second time.
In the final scene, the door to Jerry's apartment alternates from being wide open when George sits down, to being just slightly open, to being wide open again when the tall woman wanders in.
Kramer and Newman claim to have been a spat on by Keith Hernandez on June 14, 1987, when the Mets lost to the Phillies. The Mets lost to the Phillies at home only once in 1987, and it was a 5-3 loss on September 7th. On the date in question, the Mets beat the Pittsburgh Pirates 7-3. Hernandez actually played well in the game, hitting a home run and an RBI double while fielding at first base without errors.
The Mets/Phillies game mentioned by Newman (Wayne Knight) never happened in real life.
George (Jason Alexander) tells Mrs Sokol (Rae Allen) that although he had an interview with Vandelay Industries, they wouldn't give him a job, but then he tells Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) that when she calls, he should say that he's seriously considering him for the job.
Kramer's (Michael Richards) question,, "What-delay industries?" is delivered more as a statement than a question.
At the end, when George (Jason Alexander) bursts into Jerry's (Jerry Seinfeld) apartment asking for Keith (Keith Hernandez), Jerry laughs as he says "He just left."
Elaine expresses surprise when she finds out Keith is a smoker. Earlier in the show they kiss in his car. It's not possible that she wouldn't have smelled it on his breath, clothes, car, etc. It's a scent that lingers a long time.
Keith (Keith Hernandez) makes it a point to bring his gloves but ends up leaving without them.
In the pilot episode, Good News, Bad News (1989), Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) comments that Kramer (Michael Richards) hasn't left his apartment in 10 years but here we learn Kramer went with Newman (Wayne Knight) to the Mets game in 1987.
Kramer and Newman explain that their hatred for Keith Hernandez stems from an error that Hernandez made in a game against the Phillies at Shea Stadium on June 14, 1987. In actuality, the Mets beat the Pittsburgh Pirates 7-3 in Pittsburgh on June 14, 1987.
