When Kramer (Michael Richards) takes the number from Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) he tears it 3 times, but when he throws it up in the air in another scene there are many more pieces than before.
In this episode, George is sitting with his girlfriend talking on a sofa in Elaine's apartment, while Elaine is getting ready to go to bed, for no explained reason.
George says he is from Long Island, but in later episodes he grew up and went to school in Queens. (Queens is geographically part of Long Island, but the phrase Long Island usually refers to the portion that is beyond New York City limits.)
Kramer (Michael Richards) lights a match while Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) is looking through the closet and begins to light his already lit pipe. When the landlord begins talking to him, the match is gone and he puts his hand in his pocket.
No one looks good right after a nose job. It takes several months for the final nose to appear.
When George hands Audrey the mirror, Elaine can be seen talking to Kramer, but her voice is muted.
Elaine mispronounces "Dr. Van Nostran," by referring to Kramer as "Dr. Van Nozzin."
