The plastic surgery episode was actually a very fun one. The industry itself is interesting enough and I thought they were actually making funny jokes without being nasty to people and harmful in any way. So the whole work time on this episode was very funny, I get Paris, fat in the bucket would gross me out too.
The family they were with this time were very nice too. I don't know why they decided to pick on the guys right away, they actually were pretty good looking. But without it w wouldn't have some fun moments so I don't mind. I loved them leaving the guys in the gym without clothes, an age old prank but works any time.
