Little Orphan pilot Josh Perkins radios a "coded message" to the Mother Hen aircraft. The first time he states it as 7-0-14-2-3-5. When he repeats it moments later, it becomes 7-0-14-0-2-3-5 (with an added zero after the fourteen).
When the reconnaissance plane pilot is sending his mayday call and coded message, the transmission is weak and staticky, yet later when the tape of the radio conversation is played, the sound is crystal-clear.
In the opening credits, Scoey Mitchell is misspelled as "MITCHLLL".
When Steve is attaching the hose-fitting to the plane's engine, the threaded collar never catches the threads on the engine's fitting, yet Steve acts as if the fitting is tight, and moves on to something else.
When Steve is dismantling the engine from the plane they use sounds from a hydraulic gun. Even if his hand spun around in its socket it would not make such a sound.
Steve removes the engine from the sisters' old pickup with his bare hands, runs at top speed through the jungle with it on his shoulder and then installs it in the plane, yet his clothes remain pristine the entire time.
At around 16:10 after Steve finds the Sisters, there are jungle sounds heard in the background. Once again they must have used a stock sound of a kookaburra. They are not native to Africa.
