After Lois hits the dog, she exits her car and runs to the dog. As she passes the back of the car, her tail lights are off. When she reaches the dog, her tail lights are on.
When checking out the armored car robbery, Clark tells Lois to turn left. We then go to on out of car shot where the big red letters of the GMC that Lois is driving are clearly visible. When the 4x4 skids to halt shot its GMC logo is covered in black tape.
The viewer can clearly tell that the brick wall Clark Kent throws two bad guys into isn't real. Upon impact, the brick wall flutters around like a tablecloth.
If the dog Lois hit had the powers of Clark (including his super strength and relative invulnerability), Lois' car would have been pretty wrecked by hitting the dog. Every time Clark gets hit by a car, it gets completely totaled. Hitting the dog would have, at the very least, crushed her bumper and damaged the engine.
