When Tony is putting the wine on the wine rack in his basement, he puts a bottle on the top shelf and when the camera angle changes, the bottle is gone. Then he puts another bottle on the top shelf.
Previously, Paulie had thrown Nucci's flat-screen television through her window and left in anger after he found out that she's in fact not his biological mother. When he comes back a second time, being a little calmer, the two sit down and watch Lawrence Welk on a replacement TV of unknown origins. From the interior of Nucci's family room, you can see the window is still not fixed and you can hear the wind blowing the trees outside. In the next shot, from the exterior, the window is now fixed.
When Christopher pays Corky Caporale (Edoardo Ballerini), for coordinating the previous hit on Rusty (season 6 episode 7), part of his payment is a ready to inject syringe of heroin. When Corky goes to inject, his arm is free of track marks. Christopher knew he would accept that as partial payment, meaning he is a known IV heroin addict who would have visible track marks.
In season six released in 2006, Chris says he "MapBlasted" directions despite MapBlast ending in 2002.
When Bobby demands money from Paulie as compensation for his wife and daughter getting hurt from riding one of the rides in the festival, Paulie responds by saying "fuck her too". Since Bobby is married to the boss's sister, Paulie would've been reprimanded for his comment.
