(at around 42 mins) After McQueen manages to get the gun away from Hawkes - when the soldiers enter the ship to investigate the shots, Chaput replies that everything is alright. For a few seconds, the scene reverts back to a previous shot with Hawkes still pointing his gun at Chaput.
When Lt. Swirko is trying to escape from the Saratoga, he tries to gain entry to the launch bay, but, when he enters a code, the display says "Access Denied" but the door opens anyways.
There is no reason whatsoever for Swirko to be strapped into the airlock, since the bomb is being sucked out of it by the vacuum of space without his or anybody else's assistance.
