- Spider-Man and Daredevil join forces and barely escape a burning building, but not before Spider-Man collects the necessary data to clean Peter Parker's name in a compact disk . Once they are out, Daredevil reveals him that their real enemy is Wilson Fisk, who gave himself the nickname of "Kingpin". - Spider-Man and Daredevil join forces to clear Peter's name and stop Wilson Fisk, who is also known as the Kingpin. Matt unknowingly gives the disk to Susan Choi. Detective Lee realizes that Choi is working for Richard Fisk, she calls Matt Murdock about Choi's treachery. At the hospital, Aunt Anna continues to bad mouth Peter, causing Mary Jane to angrily call her aunt out for her unpleasant attitude towards Peter. Mary Jane storms out of Aunt May's room, she meets up with Peter in the closet and she agrees to help him see his aunt. Peter disguises himself as a nurse and he tells Aunt May the good news. However, the Chameleon (disguised as Anna Watson) captures Peter and Mary Jane. Detective Lee and Daredevil arrive to rescue Peter and Mary Jane from Richard Fisk. Lee arrests the corrupt Agent Choi and Richard Fisk. Spider-Man and Daredevil try to stop Kingpin, but they realize the diversion. At the courthouse, Matt is able to prove Peter's innocence and the judge finds Susan Choi and Richard Fisk guilty of conspiracy. Peter is cleared of all charges, but he becomes aware of Wilson's double life. Daredevil (Murdock) goes to Washington, D.C. so that he can get more evidence against Wilson Fisk. Spider-Man decides to stop Wilson Fisk's criminal activities.—dawsonpersi
