The Arachnid Agents are on the hunt of two Soviet agitators, who are smuggling people in and out, behind the front of running an Employment Agency.
It was quite hard to take this one seriously, they've been frivolous and somewhat tongue in cheek so far, but this one was just silly, the plot was a bit daft, but the characters were like something out of a spoof. Ainley seems to be having a ball, even if he is sending it up somewhat.
The opening was good, Lottie dressed up as a gun wielding traffic warden, that was good, the main body of the story however was just too silly.
Barry Linehan is a total hoot as Kalashnikov, his Russian accent isn't exactly what you'd call accurate, but he and his comrade Ratznik are very funny.
Sadly this one is a shocker.
4/10.
