At one point, Kira and Ziyal are having a conversation where the camera alternates shots from showing Kira in the foreground with the camera angle coming from behind Ziyal, to Ziyal in the foreground with the camera angle coming from behind Kira. When Kira is in the foreground, she is wearing her Bajoran earring on her right ear. When the shot shifts to her in the background, she (perhaps a stand-in) is no longer wearing the earring.
While Dukat is waiting for Ziyal to arrive at the transport to Cardassia, the exterior set of a runabout can be seen through the hatch, not a transport ship.
Worf is somehow able to identify General Martok in the fighting ring, even though he has only seen him at a distance and from behind.
After being made aware of the nature of the message from the Gamma Quadrant, Sisko decides to send Garak and Worf on a reconnaissance mission through the wormhole in a runabout. Runabouts are fairly small vessels with low warp drive, poor armaments, and no stealth capabilities. It is unnecessarily dangerous, and a runabout would not be an ideal choice to rescue any potential survivors they found. The Defiant, a heavily armed "escort" ship with a cloaking device, would have been a much more sensible choice to send on a mission of this nature.
A squadron of Jem'Hadar soldiers beams aboard the runabout armed with plasma weapons, yet one of them subdues Garak by bonking him in the face with the butt of their rifle. Why use a plasma rifle as a club instead of as a rifle? It has previously been shown that Jem'Hadar plasma weapons have a stun setting.
When Ziyal questions Garak's decision to go to the Gamma Quadrant, she pronounces it "Camma Quadrant" each time.
Gul Dukat tells his daughter to "forget about dinner" and pack her things so that she can be on a transport to Cardassia in the morning. It's at least 12 hours until the transport leaves. Surely he can't expect her to go without eating that whole time.
