The song that Hutch sings to Anna is taken from David Soul's second solo album "Playing To An Audience Of One". The album made it to #86 on the U.S. chart but fared much better in the U.K., getting to #8 in 1977.
Allan Miller appears as another character in season two's Starsky and Hutch: The Psychic (1977) and
season four's Starsky and Hutch: Cover Girl (1978).
Anna tells Hutch that he should visit her in Leningrad. The city is now known by it's original name of St. Petersburg. It was changed to Leningrad in 1924 to honor Russian revolutionary Vladimir Lenin. In 1991, following the dissolution of the USSR, the city was renamed St. Petersburg.
