A decent, but somewhat underwhelming start.

Tough businesswoman and building company owner Helen Walker gets some unexpected news at the age of 41, she's pregnant.

After two massive sitcom successes and a stint in serious drama, Penelope Keith returned with this, a sitcom I had no idea of at all, I randomly stumbled upon it.

I'm not really surprised that this only lasted the one series, Keith is excellent as you'd expect, her delivery is sublime, the issue here, the writing is a little under par, Keith's terrific acting skills simply can't make up for the rather clunky script. The laughs are thin on the ground.

I'll applaud it for switching things up a bit, it's the 80's, not an era where you saw younger men with mature ladies, but you definitely saw the reverse, lots of it. There is no denying Christopher Villiers was a real looker here.

Not a bad start, maybe it'll be a grower, 6/10.
