Unbeknown to Romano, his law school teacher is living with ex-convict Jack Lewis, the ringleader behind a string of armed robberies. Already upset about the recent death of a close friend, Stacy is almost killed when she and Corrigan respond to armed robbery on a pawn shop, when the thug she apprehends disarms her. As Hooker and the team search for Lewis, who specializes in training criminals to disarm cops, the incident leaves Stacy with shaken confidence and an internal investigation over the lapse which nearly cost her her life...
