Split in two episodes Charity Jones vs. General Basil Bertram!!
elo-equipamentos4 March 2023
The producers wisely bring back two charismatic characters split in two episodes, the Christian missionary Charity Jones (Julie Harris) and the British General Basil Bertram (Maurice Evans) both already had in the show twice, the humanist Charity Jones preaches peace, instead the General hard line of warrior heritage, the clash is a matter of time.

The episode has a hard subject that both above are totally conflicting, already aware Tarzan tries out prevent that the north African territory the slavery is condoned by a mighty nation, they break into the southern free nation with several raids in many native villages, gathering countless slaves, although the government makes blind eyes due in this point they didn't get ready for a upcoming war, thus Tarzan asking helping from General Basil to training a militia.

Meanwhile General Basil practices their warriors, the restless Charity Jones claiming at least for a dialog with the enemies, Tarzan intervenes saying that there no deal with the grabbers lead by the Chief Moussa Dagh (Bruce Gordon) as Arabian descendant, finest and funny episode gathering together the enchanted Julie Harris and the quaint Maurice Evans!!

Thanks for reading.
