Another pure classic episode of Trailer Park Boys! As the current trailer park supervisor, Ricky plans to have a fun fair for the all of the residents of Sunnyvale Trailer Park, complete with a paintball gun shooting gallery, backhoe rides, etc. Much to his delight, Bubbles finds out that there is even going to be a wrestling ring that will be used for the fair. He starts preparation for the main event as the Green Bastard. Meanwhile, Lahey learns that he is going to be given an award for a position that he does gave anymore. Lots of hilarity ensues. Bubbles steals the episode in all of his scenes, and the interactions between Randy and Lahey are even funnier!

Ricky is having community day at the trailer park and expects to draw a big crowd. Lahey and Randy prepare for the park evaluation that could make Sunnyvale part of the international union which would increase the value of the park. Barb agrees to let Lahey act as supervisor since his name is being recognized for trailer park supervisor of the year. Ricky surprises Bubbles with a wrestling ring, he's thrilled and gets his wrestling gear on.
Bernie Sanford of the IATPTPSATPS shows up to evaluate the park. Lahey warns him of Ricky and community day. They find Ricky by the wrestling ring and he's confused why Lahey is acting as trailer park supervisor. Ricky sees they illegally parked their cars and urinates all over them. Bernie pulls Ricky aside and threatens to knock him out with the right hook.
Lahey orders a ton of food over the phone. Bubbles sets up the wrestling events for the afternoon which include wrestling the trailer park supervisor. The food arrives and Ricky tells him he's Jim Lahey, takes the food and sets up a booth to sell it. Randy is upset they stole his cheeseburgers and he and Lahey agree to wrestle Ricky and Bubbles for the title of trailer park supervisor.
Ricky and Randy begin to wrestle. Randy knocks over Bernie, who is the referee. While he's down, Lahey gives Randy a foreign object which he beats Ricky with it. Bubbles sees it and steps into the ring. As Bubbles is choking out Rnady, Bernie calls the match and disqualifies Ricky and Bubbles.
Bernie tells Lahey he's won supervisor of the year and awards him with a new car. Ricky loses it, gets into a tractor and flips over all of their cars. Bernie revokes Sunnyvale joining the union and tells Lahey to get the park under control. Barb moves into the supervisors trailer and gives Lahey and Randy an old popup tent to live in.
This is the inevitable fall of Ricky as the trailer park supervisor. Julian tells him he needs to worry less about being supervisor and more about the dope. Lahey sees community day as a perfect opportunity to expose Ricky to the union. Barb sees that Lahey is getting his act together and is impressed with Randy for wearing a shirt. Now that Lahey is back in charge, Barb gives them a long list of things that need to be done.
