Warning: Spoilers
Ricky is helping Trinity with her junior achievers group and learns with the children's help, he can steal as many BBQs as he wants. Randy accuses Ricky of stealing his BBQ and painting it. Bubbles uses his knowledge from carts and helps Ricky fix up the BBQs.

Ricky is stealing a BBQ and gets sprayed with mace. He drives the kids back to school and runs into police officer Erika Miller. He introduces himself as Randy Lahey and drives back to the park. Erika visits Lahey's trailer and wants to know more about Ricky.

Ray warns Julian that there's a cop at Lahey's and they load all the BBQs up in a hurry and bring them down to the lake. Lahey and Erika find Julian at his trailer and he lies about not knowing where Ricky is as they're throwing the BBQs in the lake.

Ricky, Bubbles, Cory and Trevor are hiding in the lake when they find Ricky's car by the lake. They surface from the water and Erika catches them. Ricky says Lahey is his mother's mating name and people call him Randy at school. Bubbles stays hidden in the water as Erika arrests Julian, Ricky, Cory and Trevor. Julian admits to stealing the BBQs and asks for another chance. Erika releases them and tells them to return the BBQs to their owners.

Erika finds Julian returning Randy's BBQ and reads the message on the bottom from Mr. Lahey. Trevor floors Ricky's car in reverse and crashes into Lahey's trailer. Julian saves Randy who is dressed up as a bumble bee and Lahey is Indiana Jones. Randy and Lahey admit they like to dress up and they're gay. Erika asks Julian personal questions and Julian invites her inside for a drink.

Ricky takes advantage of the Youth Justice Act in order to steal BBQs. Bubbles explains how those laws are there to protect kids and Ricky doesn't understand. Lahey is hesitant to come out in front of everybody but Randy tells him it feels great to open up. We've known about Lahey and Randy's relationship since the third episode but now Ricky and everyone else know too.
