Not Much Here, Folks
kgraovac27 November 2023
The Hogan family must come to a decision whether or not to euthanize their seventeen-year-old dog Murray.

This is your typical, bland mid-Eighties sitcom episode. There are plenty of lame jokes about "dog wee" but little here to elicit emotion from the viewer.

Willie has the sole dissenting vote and wants to keep the dog alive. Mark is surprisingly reasonable for a 13-year-old boy in knowing Murray's time has come -- especially for a pet he's known since he was a baby.

There is a reference to Stephen King's PET SEMETARY. David eats a raw egg. Michael scatters Murray's ashes out of an airplane at the end.
