- Michael Hogan: You know, training pilots at the flight center just, uh, may have spoiled me. It's gonna be a little strange, not coming home every night to you guys.
- David Hogan: Oh - well, Dad, it's been six months since Mom died, and I think it's time you got back in the air. Besides, we'll be fine.
- Willie Hogan: Yeah - we've got Aunt Sandy.
- Michael Hogan: I know, I know; it's just that I am gonna miss you guys.
- Mark Hogan: Well, Dad, we'll miss you too.
- Michael Hogan: [on Sandy] She's living in a new city; tomorrow she's starting a new job and, uh... Well, I know my kid sister. She's gonna need help - but believe me, she won't ask for it.
- Sandy Hogan: [entering, carrying boxes] Could somebody help me, please?
- Burt: I just want to say I really hope that you're my guidance counselor this year. I've got some really choice problems I'd like to share with you.
- Willie Hogan: You know, you still owe me for today. Pay up.
- Mark Hogan: Oh - here; keep the change.
- [Mark throws some meatballs in Willie's face]
- Willie Hogan: Have some mashed potatoes - fathead!
- Willie Hogan: In a strange kind of way, you know... I kind of miss it.
- Sandy Hogan: Miss it? You miss your weird, irritating, annoying brother?
- Willie Hogan: Yeah. I don't get it, either.
- Sandy Hogan: For cryin' out loud, David - I'm your godmother. I was in the hospital when you were born; I held you in my arms while you were being baptized... I love you so much.
- David Hogan: ...I love you, too.
- Sandy Hogan: Then why won't you let me help you?
- David Hogan: ...I don't know.
- Sandy Hogan: David, I'm not goin' anywhere. I want to be part of this family - but you have to let me. Don't shut me out. Just... try and trust me a little - OK?
