The grifting life.
bkoganbing21 May 2020
A roguish family named Ellis who are drifters arrive at Shiloh and James Drury with some reluctance hires them on. The younger two, Linda Lawson and Tony Bill work out OK but father Ed Begley is a lazy lout but who sees some opportunity at Shiloh to score easy money.

Not on a grand scale mind you but enough to get by and more immediately get his brother Lonny Chapman out of a jail in a neighboring town. In the meantime Begley's own plans for ripping off Shiloh are so far so good other than his kids are tired of the grifting life.

Nice performances from the guest cast and Randy Boone has some good ballads to sing.
