What could have been an interesting drama about men and women under siege is
marred by a simple and stupd error. Clu Gulager who represents law and order
wherever and whenever it seems is a passenger on a stagecoach and they are
besieged by a group of Mexicans headed by Joe DeSantis.
DeSantis is after one of the passengers Earl Holliman whom he says raped and killed a girl from his village in Mexico.
In Mexico mind you. Gulager may be a standup guy as Emmet Ryker, but he's got zip jurisdiction here. In this case he should have let DeSantis have him.
Some good performances wasted in this episode by a bit of silliness.
