Exciting, adventurous, action-packed episode!
29 December 2014 | by jsn_hylndSee all my reviews

This is definitely one of my favorites as we see Trivette mingle with his first woman (that we see at least). Episode has some terrific bad guys and a lot of car-chasing.

"Spoilers" The episode starts off with a cute Walker and Alex moment where Alex is showing Walker how to tie a tie in which Walker asks "where did you learn to tie a tie" and Alex responds with "my dad said it would come in handy in impressing a man, and then Walker wonderfully responds "your daddy was right". Walker, Trivette, Alex, Uncle Ray, and C.D are attending a wedding for a fellow ranger taking place at the courthouse but during a wedding some thugs with hoods over their head help release a convicted criminal and gunshots blaze outside as all but one of the thugs escapes and that thug happens to be a woman which Trivette funnily points out and that she is "beautiful". Turns out that this feisty woman is set to testify against a ruthless gun-runner by the name of Trigger who had previously killed a ranger captain who broke Walker in. Walker wants badly to put this guy away for good so he gathers Trivette and they are to transport the feisty woman who's name is Kat to New Orleans to testify but she is anything but cooperative as cross-country hilarity ensues where she tries several attempts to escape but fails each time and it wasn't until her beloved ex-boyfriend (who is part of trigger's gang) tries to kill her that she starts to straighten out and be more cooperative and even a little romantic with Trivette as they share a night in a barn after a big car chase scene with Trigger and his boys tried to take him, walker and Kat out. While Trivette and Kat are on the run, Walker starts tracking some of Trigger's men one by one until Trivette and Kat get caught by Trigger and his main boys and Walker busts in and saves them while Trivette and Kat get a piece of the bad guys as well, everything matched, Walker gets Trigger, Kat gets her slime ball ex-boyfriend, and Trivette gets the Indian bad guy who held him at gunpoint. Episode ends at a rescheduled wedding where Alex catches a bouquet.

Loved, loved, loved this episode and Trivette getting romantic with a beautiful woman. C.D mentions his first honeymoon in this episode. The parts I really enjoyed about this episode is when Walker is tracking some of Trigger's men and he terrorizes them by taking them out one-by-one and it shrinks down to 3 men when it started out with like 10 men and he just goes crazy on them and spooks them. That is one of the most appealing things about the Walker character is that he doesn't just beat up the bad guys, he messes with them and terrorizes them. Anyway great episode with lots of action and some romance.
