One of the better Walker episodes turns out to be a powerful and moving two parter. While trying to bust notorious and dangerous drug kingpin Rager Cobb,Walker and Trivette lose Cobb and his I'll druggie girlfriend .They do find her son Lucas in a rat infested closet full of spoiled food and filth . After taking him to a hospital,they find out Lucas has AIDS. He has to go to an orphanage. The kids there ostracize him when they discover.his condition. Walker takes him home to the ranch as.his foster child. Trivette,Alex and CD also become foster family to the boy. Walker has to protect him from a lurking Cobb who wants something Lucas has. Walker can't catch him,but ultimately finds mom Ellen.herselfdying of AIDS . Walker brings Lucas to the hospital for a heart breaking goodbye. One of Chuck's best performances,the other regulars are fine. Brion James makes a great scary villain,Mackenzie Phillips is terrific as Ellen,but the standout is Haley Joel Osment who shines as Lucas.
