Jon Walmsley and Lisa Harrison ("Toni") met while filming this episode and married shortly after. They remained together for almost 30 years before divorcing in 2008.
According to Cousin Zadok Walton, Cousin Zebulon's (Grandpa Walton) mother, Aunt Sula Walton, is the source of "all that red hair" in the Walton family. Aunt Sula's name has it's origins in either the Hebrew "Shulamith" meaning "Peace" or the Scandinavian "Ursula", Latin for "Little Bear". Given the Walton family's Biblical name tradition (Zebulon, Zadok, Samuel, Esther, John, Benjamin, James, Mary, Elizabeth, Martha, to name a few) and their Scandinavian roots (Aunt Martha Corrinne states in episode 5.10, The Pony Cart, that the first Walton, Samuel, came to Virginia from England in 1810), either origin of her name would be possible.
When Corabeth asks Zadok about his name, he says it from the Bible 1st Kings Chapter 1. He's first mentioned in verse 32 of Chapter 1.
