Curiously interesting.

The past bleeds through to present day for a group of Village players, who are set to put on a historical play, they see all manner of things from the second world war.

In no way, shape or form is this a horror, it's more a supernatural drama, but it is an interesting piece, it's very creative, it's nicely acted, and it's quite original.

It seems like something of an oddity from this horror themed episode, but I liked the intrigue of it, and I liked the fact that it's a little ambiguous too, we get snippets of information, and that's in, no rhyme, nor reason why, just the what.

Sean Connery is perhaps the best known name here, but it's a very low key affair, Gabrielle Lloyd was quite good fun as Hilda.

Unremarkable, but interesting.

7/10.
