A group of renegades led by Jeffrey Nordling are wreaking havoc on a town where
his brother Robert Knott is scheduled to hang.
The two are a pair of reptiles, real fine specimens of humanity.
As this was a special two hour episode we get a most convoluted movie style plot with a lot of folks doing their own agenda. Anthony Zerbe and the Pony Express riders all pitch in. But Nordling kidnaps a woman reppted to be Teaspoon's daughter. So he goes with some of them to rescue her and Josh Brolin, Greg Rainwater, and Stephen Baldwin escort Knott to Fort Laramie to hang there as the army wants him too.
There's a fine blazing old time gun battle at the climax. Kind of like The Magnificent Seven.
