In "The Home Wreckers", Dan seems like a nice hardworking guy. However, his beautiful wife, Laurie, is no prize. She's insanely jealous and constantly assumes Dan is cheating on her. This naturally causes a lot of arguments. Eventually, nutty Laurie decides to divorce--and a 'good Samaritan' just happens to meet her and offers to help. Claiming to be a lawyer, he promises to get her the divorce fast, cheap and without either Dan or Laurie going to court! However, it doesn't turn out to be quite as fast and cheap as he originally said--and starts draining the couple's account. This is when Dan goes to Captain Braddock to see if they are involved in some sort of scam. And, not surprisingly, it turns out that the guy isn't even a lawyer after all!
This is a pretty interesting episode but it does have a sad ending. No, the guy is caught and convicted--but Dan gets Laurie back as well! Poor Dan!
