In the first couple of seconds when Brain is beginning to tell Pinky about his plan, it shows their shadows as they walk past a book that is open to a page that says "Egypt" at the top. About fifty seconds later Pinky and Brain are shown once again standing in front of the book, where the word "Egypt" at the top of the page is clearly misspelled as "Egyt".
In "Fly," Brain explains to Pinky that he "particularly detest[s] the practice of referring to a mode of transportation with the familiar appellation 'old girl.'" However, in "The Mummy," speaking of the ship they take to Egypt, Brain says "There she is, Pinky. The Egyptian Queen. Though a tired scow she may be, she has survived many arduous voyages across the sea."
