Perhaps the strangest episode of "Joe 90", this story was about an unscrupulous business financier named Clayton, who without breaking the law, plays fast and loose with stock manipulation. Shane, Sam and Mac are determined to end his corrupt activities and devise a sort of "Mission: Impossible" scheme to drive the guy crazy.
With Joe helping out, they subject him to a comical form of psychological harassment to somehow get him to realize the error of his ways, not unlike the famous Dickens example of "A Christmas Carol", with Clayton as Scrooge. This is most unlikely material of the "Joe 90" series with its premise of 9-year-old Joe having exciting adventures. Instead he helps Mac and Shane act as pranksters, some childish enough to amuse young viewers.
The show's sci-fi basis is used oddly too. Instead of the brain patterns of some aviator or scientist, Joe gets transferred those from a mimic, allowing him to imitate voices including Clayton's.
They succeed in wearing him down and Clayton reforms. The title catch phrase seems cryptic, and is explained merely as "see you on your hands and knees", basically begging for forgiveness.
