On a Sunday when the FBI building in Las Vegas was closed, Schulman drove onto an empty parking lot attempting to film a plaque outside the building honoring FBI agents. Schulman and an associate producer were detained for over two hours in the FBI parking lot, and the camera's tape and memory card were erased before it was returned.
During pre-production the Department of Homeland Security sent writer/producer J. Neil Schulman a letter denying the production permission to "any of the Department's official visual identities" in the production. A few weeks later the DHS official who'd authorized sending the letter was charged with possession of child pornography on his computer. During the production Schulman complied with the letter by having a sign in the movie that was marked by graffiti to read, "Department of Homeland Sexurity."
Actress Claudia Lynx celebrated her birthday on location during the filming of Lady Magdalene's ... and blew out the candles on her birthday cake right after shooting a scene in which her character was murdered.
Alexander Wraith did all his own stunts during the filming of Lady Magdalene's, including riding one of the world's longest zip lines, a 75-foot jump out of a tunnel stopped only by a safety-line, and stunt driving.
During the first zip line stunt Alexander Wraith got tangled up with stunt cameraman Joe Perez and the two of them spun around out of control. A year after this stunt someone else died on this same zip line when he crashed into the ladder truck intended to bring him down.
