- TriviaBecause the pilot Marooned (1992) was unusable due to cast substitutions, a scene in which the castaways are listening to a radio broadcast that describes what has happened to them had to be added. Also, the opening scene for the pilot was used for this episode too - the original castaways from the pilot appear briefly while the Skipper rises from the wrecked MINNOW.
- GoofsIt's impossible for Ginger to take her entire wardrobe on a short ocean tour (as can be seen throughout the series).
- Quotes
Ginger Grant: I learned a little Hawaiian when I was singing in a club in Waikiki. Wahine wiki huki luki nu, and every word of it comes from the bottom of my heart.
Gilligan: Gee, that's real nice, Ginger. What does it mean?
Ginger Grant: "This bar is off limits to all military personnel."
