When comedians Ricardo Araújo Pereira, Tiago Dores, José Diogo Quintela and Miguel Góis formed the quartet "Gato Fedorento" they were, without being able to imagine, to take a step that revolutionized the Portuguese way of doing comedy. Portuguese humor was then summed up in a few time-worn shows, a handful of equally empty comedians of new ideas, and many small stand-up comedians who survived with eschatological jokes, unorthodox or loaded with profanities. This was the second humorous series starring the quartet, in the same way as "Lopes da Silva".
