Clayton attempts to get his father, Whitey, and Whitey's new fiancée, Darlene Montgomery, to sign a prenuptial agreement that states that when Whitey dies Clayton inherits the estate and Darlene gets nothing. Clayton must learn to live as a common man with a stepmother less than half his age.
