I feel like lots of 70's shows glossed over or laughed at sexual harassment in the workplace since sexual harassment wasn't taken seriously back then. If the media had made a point to showcase workplace harassment as not ok then perhaps workplace harassment wouldn't have been so pervasive back then and maybe would even be less pervasive nowadays as well.
