The boys are playing street hockey outside of Lahey's trailer. It's the anniversary of Mr. Lahey being fired from the police force. Ricky gets a penalty shot and breaks open the case holding Lahey's old police uniform. Lahey tells Randy he's getting drunk today... big time.
Randy tells them the game is shut down and he doesn't give the ball back. Lahey puts on his police uniform and a toupee. Lahey and Randy go to the liquor store. Randy is at the checkout when a robber steals the cash and runs outside. Lahey opens his door just in time to stop the robber.
Lahey finds Cory and Trevor syphoning gas from Ricky's car and they say Ricky is stealing bottles from Trinity's school. Lahey goes to Lucy's trailer and shoots his gun to get their attention. Julian and Bubbles are going over a plan when Ricky stumbles in after they hear gun shots. Ricky and Julian try to escape to the car but it has no gas.
Lahey uses a stun gun on them and locks them up in a jail shed behind his trailer. Bubbles is preparing to break them out and Randy tells him Lahey's gone too far. Randy distracts Lahey while Bubbles breaks them out. Lahey feels something is up and catches them escaping.
The police sirens are getting closer and Lahey has them at gunpoint. Randy stun guns Lahey and he asks Julian for help. Erika shows up and she confiscates his badge. Julian gets the badge back for him in exchange for the ball and the hockey game resumes.
Lahey was a cop many years ago and a combination of liquor and Ricky throw him over the edge. He pulls out his old police bike and rides around the park acting as if Sunnyvale is a town.
