Ripjaw Rules!
TangySurfer4 April 2022
Another great episode to continue the trend of the first season. The villains here didn't bring a lot to the table, but this was more about the Krakken anyway. I especially loved the XLR8 and Ripjaw fight scenes, amazing action right there. Ripjaw had an awesome showing in this one, it's a shame they never utilized him properly again.

Moral complexity

This episode explores deceit and how appearances can be deceiving it also has some of the most amazing sound design i've heard in cartoons in a long time the underwater battle was not only visually stunning and genuinely blew me away but the sound design mixes of water swishing and metal crushing was astonishing I don't remember this episode at all unlike the first two so this was pretty fresh to me and man was it an amazing treat I'd highly recommend that fans rewatch this episode it's got strong dialogue pacing plot characters and everything that makes good media don't discriminate just because it's a kids cartoon this is great TV in general.
