When Magneto Speaks... People Listen

Just like the first Doctor Dooms episode, here's another example of this series borrowing a supervillain from another team (this time, the X-Men's archnemesis Magneto) and not using him to his full extend.

Magneto is insanely overpowered and can control any metal at will. In the comics, he also is a Mutant, a human being born with superpowers and fights for their civil rights (a comparison with civil rights leader Malcolm X is not that far-fetched) but in this series he just does random stuff and hold the city of New York to ransom.

Magneto turns of the nation's power supplies and asks for money. When Spidey tries to stop him, Magneto launches him into space. What follows is a hilariously dumb sequence where you really have to suspend your disbelief, even for a superhero series.
