The film was initially titled "Khoj".
Amrita Arora was offered the lead role.Who declined it as she was buy with Vivaah 2006.
Film went completely unnoticed due down fall in careers of Sunny Deol and Vivek Oberoi.It also had to face tough competition with Lage Rahi Munnabhai which was released a week before and was running Housefull everywhere which is also the reason this film went unnoticed.
U and I Lets Do Balle Balle was sampled from Sertab's song "Every Way That I Can".
