I love this episode. It actually teaches a very good lesson about self-image, self confidence, self esteem, and eating disorders. I think it was great that American Dad did an episode like this. This is definitely one of my favorite episodes from this season.
In this episode, Steve brings home his new girlfriend, Debbie, who is on the heavy side, so of course Stan doesn't approve. And what he doesn't realize, is that by trying to break Steve and Debbie up, he lets his own impressions of personal appearance take over, and he gets horribly thin, as he becomes an anorexic.
