Origins Of Yoga is a film that anyone associated with yoga, even if in the littlest way, must see. Anybody, who take any yoga classes, no matter if at the Gym, at a studio, or at home with the TV, should def. make an effort to watch this documentary. Georg Feuerstein, Ph. D., who BTW. wrote some fabulous books on Yoga (at least 25 or so)explains how the Yogis in India practice and takes you on a beautiful journey to India. That really made me want to go there now. It's so beautiful! I do Yoga myself, and this film made me realize that we need to appreciate a lot more give a lot more, and take a lot less. Breathe in and breathe out, nice and slowly and enjoy your life!
