One of the better episodes of this show. A dramatic car chase / car crash, and lots of gunfire spice up this story.
On the downside, there are way too many fashion show theatrics. (Ohara TV show was losing in the ratings, so the producers added a lot of skin here). It was also easy to solve the crime. You know very early on "who done it".
Nice acting by Anne Heywood as character Violet Kane (and a nice play on her real first name, which is Violet). Ms. Heywood gives a great, very emotional closing scene.
We see a nice martial arts take-down of a desperate criminal by Ohara. Much better than the mere hand-twisting that has prevailed in previous shows.
Dinged it two stars for the overdose of fashion shows, and the predictable ending.
