[after asking about the Housebreak Hotel food, Garfield learns Odie likes it]

Garfield : You think with a tongue like that, he'd have a little taste.
Jon Arbuckle : I guess I'll have to put Garfield and Odie in a pet hotel. Garfield won't object to that too much.

[Garfield is later seen pounding his fists on the floor]

Garfield : No! No! NO! Absolutely not! No way!

[Garfield pulls out a sign flashing the word "No", then pounds a drum with "No!" written on it]

Garfield : Not a chance! No! Uh-uh! Negative! Noo chance!

[Garfield walks away]

Jon Arbuckle : Gee, he took it better than I thought he would.
Jon Arbuckle : Garfield, be reasonable.

Garfield : Why should I start now?
[Jon goes to pick up Garfield and Odie at Hotel LePosh and finds them in a fancy room]

Jon Arbuckle : Garfield, you can't stay here. Do you realize what a room like this cost?

[Garfield gives Jon a sheet of paper]

Jon Arbuckle : [reads paper] "Bill to Howie's Housebreak Hotel"?

[Jon lies down in bed next to Garfield and Odie and eats a sandwich that is brought to them]

Jon Arbuckle : [chuckles] Hey, this is great.

Garfield : You sure you don't have to go out of town again?
