During the daydream, Screech dreams he's an Arabian Prince and Jessie and Kelly are his wives. This is a reference to Gilligan's Island St. Gilligan and the Dragon, where after the ladies leave, Skipper dreams he's an Arabian Prince, and Mrs. Howell, Ginger and Mary Ann are his wives.
When Mr. Howell peeks his head through the curtain, Ginger and Mary Ann splash him with buckets of water. This is a reference to The Wizard of Oz, where Dorothy throws a bucket of water at the witch when she tries to save the scarecrow. But unlike The Scarecrow, Mr. Howell doesn't get his coat set on fire.
