The last episode of 1994 is a scorcher.

Cryer and Monroe deal with a road accident, the drivers license seems to have been doctored. Reg helps a woman who claims she's being stalked.

Thoroughly enjoyed this, firstly it's great to see Reginald Gordon Hollis once again playing a central role, he was great in the previous, and just as good in this, he's excellent. Good to see Monroe and Cryer on the case, not a pair we often see carrying out interviews.

It's a very sinister episode, the story of Elaine and the stalker is actually pretty nasty, he's a right creep. The other side of the story is also incredibly nasty, the revelation comes as a big surprise, you cannot help but feel incredibly sad for the family of the man that was run over.

I'm a huge fan of Pooky Quesnel, a terrific actress, and she's incredibly good here, loved her scenes with Reg.

This series started well, and is ending with some truly first rate episodes, it's another purple patch, this was a cracking watch, once again shows Hollis in a good light, I'm all for that, 9/10.
