Indian Fighters
Prismark1025 January 2024
Understandable Perkins (Ronan O'Casey) is so called as he sees everything from both sides. He is a famous Indian fighter that made the local area safe by repelling the Indian threat.

Captain Dan Tempest has returned him to his hometown. Only Perkins finds that his farm house has been burnt down.

Back in town Tempest is mistakenly arrested as Perkins and thrown into jail. The local administrator has quadrupled the taxes. Now the Indians have gone the value of the property has risen four fold.

Perkins hands himself in and wants to know why he is now a wanted man. He realises the unfairness of what has occured by the actions of he and other Indian fighters.

While Dan Tempest comes up with an audacious plan to free Perkins. As well as get the administrator to reverse the tax rises.

I think writer Neil R Collins might had been a front for a blacklisted American writer. It is a comedic episode but also sows the seeds why the Americans eventually decided it was time for a tea party.
